Which plan should I choose?

Our most popular plan is the Standard Plan, where you get all the features of Clockspot. If you need extra security, file space, and help training your staff, we offer a Premium Plan. For startups and freelancers, we offer an affordable Single Plan.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you want by going to Settings > My Subscription.

How often do you backup data?

We perform a full backup of your data every day, both to an offline server, and to offline tape. You can also export your data at any time to Excel or PDF format.

How much will this cost?

How are payments made?

Once you activate your account with a credit card, we will automatically bill you every month. Payments are made a month in advance, so your first payment after the 30 day trial will cover services for the next 30 days. You can cancel your account at any time. There are no long-term contracts, and no cancellation fees.
